THE CASE ADVOCATES | CASE SUPPORT
GET HELP UNDERSTANDING YOUR CASE
You may have court orders, CPS records, case plans, evaluations, text messages, visitation records, allegations, hearing notices and other documents — but still not have a clear picture of what is happening or what deserves your attention.
The Case Advocates helps parents organize complicated CPS, child-welfare, custody, parenting-time, child-support, guardianship and family-court matters into a clearer, evidence-based case picture.
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. LET’S ORGANIZE THE CASE.
Parents often reach The Case Advocates because they are overwhelmed by documents, allegations, court hearings, agency requirements, conflicting information or unanswered questions.
You may be asking:
- Why hasn't CPS returned my children even though I completed my case plan?
- What documents am I missing?
- What does this court order actually say happened?
- How do I organize months or years of text messages and evidence?
- What should I be documenting about visitation or parenting time?
- Are statements in the records consistent with what actually happened?
- What should I be asking my attorney or caseworker?
- How do all of these documents fit together?
- What should I be preparing before my next hearing?
The Case Advocates helps organize the available information so you can better understand the documented case picture and identify the questions that still need answers.

MEET THE CASE ADVOCATES
We are The Case Advocates, a case support service.
We created The Case Advocates to help parents make sense of complicated cases involving CPS, child welfare, custody, parenting time, visitation, guardianship and related family-court matters.
Our role is not to replace your attorney or tell you what legal strategy to pursue. Our role is to help bring structure to the information surrounding your case — reviewing and organizing records, developing timelines, identifying missing documents, organizing evidence and helping you identify important questions and preparation needs.
Many parents know something about their case doesn’t make sense but don’t know where to begin. We begin with the records.

The goal is not simply to collect documents. The goal is to understand how the documents connect.
A case may contain court orders, agency reports, allegations, evaluations, messages and evidence created months or years apart. Organizing those records chronologically and by issue can make it much easier to understand the overall case picture.
